Risky behaviours decrease in high school students
A study posted on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control indicates that risky sexual behaviours among high school students have decreased significantly since 1991. An examination of data gathered between 1991 and 2007 indicates that the number of sexually active students decreased by 12%, and that condom use among active students increased by 33%. Injection drug use remained stable. However, the CDC noted that risk behaviours among black and Hispanic youth did not decrease to the same extent, and injection drug use among these groups increased. You can read more here.
